Zari Couture

Departure and arrival, told through couture.
Overview
Twenty Minutes is a short film for Zari Couture that tells a couture story through the experience of moving away. It turns the distance between departure and arrival into a fashion narrative, and what you see here are stills from the full film, which is available on request.
Brief and challenge
Bridal and couture films often live in polished, staged settings far from the lives of the people who wear the clothes. The story needed to stay close to everyday life so that the garments would carry the emotional weight of leaving home.
Role and deliverables
We led narrative direction and visual development for the film and ran it through an AI-native production process.

Process
We kept to a documentary visual register throughout. One frame holds a young woman on an unmade bed in a cluttered bedroom, phone in hand, with soft window light and a cool, muted grade. Another stands two women with their backs to camera on the steps of a brick storefront under the Zari Bridal sign: one in a blue silk kurta with embroidered cuffs, one in a grey sweatshirt and jeans.
Outcome
The delivered film moves between private rooms and public thresholds, and the wardrobe shifts with it. Grade, framing and pace stay consistent from scene to scene, so the AI-native production holds together as one quiet, observed piece of storytelling.
